2. Purchases and Donations – No Refunds

All payments made on Nosbreak (including but not limited to NBCoins, shop items, and donations) are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment, you agree that:

• No refunds of money or coins will be made after payment has been completed.
• Purchases and donations are made at your own risk.
• You will not request a chargeback or dispute the transaction with your payment provider for reasons related to these terms.

Payments are treated as donations to support the Nosbreak private server. Once a transaction is completed, there is no right to a refund.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

Use of the website, the game server, the shop, and any purchased or donated items or coins is at your own risk. Nosbreak does not guarantee availability, functionality, or that virtual items or coins will retain any particular value.
